When you visit, it’s important to continue to follow the rules put in place for the safety of all, this includes:​

wearing a mask – this is compulsory for all stallholders and visitors (except for people exempt or children under 12)​

hand sanitiser – please use the sanitiser provided, or your own, before entering the market and when leaving​

not gathering –  making sure you keep a good distance from other shoppers.​

We can’t wait to welcome back all of our shoppers and our traders who are currently not trading.

Dogs

Yes, dogs are allowed to join you on your visit through the Market. We ask that you keep your dogs on leads or alternatively carry them during your shopping trip with us.

How do I make a complaint?

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service at Fantasy Island Market, you can make a complaint by emailing market@fantasyislandresort.co.uk. Alternatively you can write to:​

Please provide us with full details of your complaint along with your full contact details and preferred method of contact. Anonymous complaints will not be investigated.​

We will contact you to confirm receipt, and will aim to provide a full response within 15 days.
